We know that every nonprofit is different. That’s why we offer flexible pricing options to match your organization’s needs—whether you need ongoing grant support or just a little extra help. 

Retainer-based services (best for most organizations).

For organizations needing multiple services, we work on a retainer basis. This means you’ll have a set number of hours each month that can be used however your organization needs at the time. Retainer agreements require a minimum three-month commitment, and up to 40 unused hours can be banked into the next retainer period at no extra charge*.

Monthly retainer fees starting at $1,500 per month for 20 hours per month.

*Any work beyond the retainer hours is billed at an hourly rate of $75.

If you need more targeted services, such as grant proposal editing or coaching, we also offer hourly support at $85 per hour.
